Luba began her career in 2000 as a loan officer and quickly advanced to become a partner and branch manager. In 2007, she expanded into title insurance and has since become a seasoned title insurance producer, licensed title closer, and notary public. She is also a licensed insurance producer with the New York Department of Financial Services.
In addition to her real estate credentials, Luba holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy, graduating magna cum laude in 2015 after completing an intensive eight-year program. She has held managerial roles at Walgreens and Ocean Breeze Pharmacy, where she honed her skills in patient care, customer service, ethics, and problem-solving.
