Licensed by the New York Department of Financial Services and a Notary Public in the State of New York, Kate oversees all administrative operations and plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships. She manages both the pre- and post-closing processes, ensuring that Owner’s and Loan Policies are issued smoothly and efficiently.
Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, which supports her organized, tech-savvy approach to managing the day-to-day operations of our office. As an experienced title closer, she’s always ready to step in for a last-minute closing—reliable, responsive, and solution-focused.
